Our Story

2009

Saraghina Pizzeria opened in June 2009 at 435 Halsey Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn.It became a neighbourhood staple known for authentic Neapolitan-style pizza and a rustic atmosphere.

2014

Saraghina Bakery opened its doors, becoming known for its naturally leavened breads using "lievito madre," responsibly sourced ingredients, and pastries that blend traditional Italian techniques with American favorites.

2022

Saraghina Caffè opened in Fort Greene as a Viennese-style café with a warm, old-world charm, serving elevated authentic Italian food with a focus on northern Italian cuisine.
